ZJGY901 LCD multi-function meter is specially designed for the electricity monitoring require- ments of the power distribution system, it can measure all the commen electrical parameters precisely so that it is fit for complete monitoring and management to all kinds of incoming circuits and large capacity distribution circuits. According to our exsisting patents technologies, we developed this all-round electrical instrument which can testing the three-phase voltage, three- phase current, active power, reactive power, power factor, grid frequency, power factor, Four quadrant electric energy and so on. Users can use the four press keys on the panel to do the programmable setting, measuring, displaying, RS485 communication and Power pulse transformer 4-20mA output etc., then the instrument will do the electricity measurement and power calculation automatically, and all the data informations will be displayed to the users through the LCD screen, users can know the operation conditions well. On the other hand, we designed several colors and sizes for this product, users can select the appropriate one according to your needs.

Measurement: Three-phase voltage, current, active power, reactive power, power factor, grid frequency, active power and energy, reactive power and energy, positive and negative active power and energy, inductive capacitive reactive power and energy.
Recording: 128 points per wave cycle, real-time capture and diplay the three-phase voltages
and three-phase currents’ waveform for every wave cycle.
Display: LCD display, maximum value 9999,9999,9999, no dead angle, self-contained light
Communication: RS485 communication,MODBUS-RTU protocols, Communication rate selectable.

Input:
The product applies the calculation mode that each measurement channel is collected separately, which ensures complete consistency and symmetry in use. It has a variety of wiring modes and is suitable for different load forms (below is for reference).
1. Voltage input: The working voltage input should not be higher than the rated input voltage of the product (100V or 400V), Otherwise PT shall be considered.
2. Current input: The standard rated input current is 5A, so external CT should be used if the input current is greater than 5A. If other instruments are connected to the using CT, the wiring shall be connected in series. Before the current input of the product is removed, the CT primary circuit or the secondary circuit must be disconnected first. It is suggested to use the terminal block, and do not connect to the CT directly so as to facilitate the disassembly and assembly.
3. Make sure the input voltage and current correspond, phase sequence is consistent, direction is consistent, otherwise the value and symbol error will be displayed.
4. The configuration of the instrument input network is determined by the CT ratio of the system, the three-phase, three-wire, two-element mode is selected in the case of two CT, and the three-phase four-wire three-element mode is selected in the case of three CT. The input network NET set in instrument wiring or programming should be the same as the measured load connection, otherwise the voltage or power measured by the instrument will not be correct. In the three-phase three-wire, the voltage measurement and display is the line voltage, while in the three-phase four-wire, the voltage measurement shows the phase voltage.
